In this five week course we will set up a foundation for a compassionate self-care that works for you and nobody else.

  • We will figure out what nourishes your body and mind, what helps you feel more calm and what helps you focus.
  • We'll find the easiest things to explore what brings you joy and clarity in your everyday life.
  • We'll explore how you can connect to your inner self and what  you can bring (back) into your life.

During this course we will create an easy, compassionate self-care plan so you can transform the relationship to yourself, find that inner peace and calm within and be more yourself.

How this works 

  • This is a 5 weeks course.
  • You sign up by paying through PayPal.
  • After payment you will get an e-mail with all the details.
  • There is a Facebook group with like-minded people.
     
  • We start on Monday January 25, 2021 and continue every week for 5 weeks with one week implementation week in between. 
  • There will be live calls every Wednesday at 12 noon CET (Reykjavik/London)/ 13 GMT (Paris/Berlin).
  • You will have access to replays if you can't attend live. 
  • There will be a Q and A post that goes up every week. There you can post your questions. It depends on the questions if I'll answer them in the post or in a video.
  • There will one a celebration call towards the end of our time together.

How is Compassionate Self-Care different from other self-care?


In Compassionate Self-Care we use Self-compassion as a guide to find out what is most valuable and helpful for us.

Self-compassion is a compass to help us choose what is best for us and that might look different from one person to the next.

My Compassionate Self-Care might not look the same as your Compassionate Self-Care.

Some people think that self-compassion is way to let you off the hook or that you will always pick the easiest option.

But Self-compassion is more complex than that. What is best for us might not always be the easiest option.

About me

Hi, I'm Ragna (Ragnheiður for those who are fluent in Icelandic ;))  I'm known for making people feel at ease and have calming energy so you are in good hands. My friends call me the Icelandic Queen of Calm :) 

With both an academic and an unconventional background I have been teaching both in traditional schools as well as seminars and workshops for 10 years now. From nutrition, biology and microbiology to meditation, mindful eating, yoga and my favorite yoga nidra.

My diverse background comes from being a curious seeker of knowledge, but also trying to find the one thing that can bring me inner peace and calm. 

I've got this sensitive nature, so I don't thrive in busy, overcrowded places. My nurturing places are in nature and anywhere where I can connect to my inner self, doing things that spark joy within.

Living with my family makes that sometimes hard to do but I do my best to prioritize in those things that help me feel connected and alive. I also feel lucky to live in Iceland so I have nature close to me.
